SAT & ACT February-April Courses
- Tutoring Solutions Group SAT courses provide an exceptional opportunity to learn the ins and outs of the new redesigned SAT at an affordable price for parents.
- The course will feature real SAT questions and will cover all major math and reading skills required to excel on the test.
- All students are required to complete weekly homework assignments.
- Math: Functions, Coordinate geometry, Probability and Statistics, Counting methods, and a full review of all algebra and geometry topics
- Reading: Inference, analysis, speed reading, and vocabulary
- Writing: Grammar basics, sentence structure, parallelism, and an overview of the essay
- Class Dates: February 8, February 22, March 1, March 8, March 15, March 22, March 29, and April 19.
- Classes meet from 10 am to 12:30pm
- *Practice Test on April 26th
- Our ACT courses equip students to conquer all 4 sections of the test.
- Using real test questions, we work through the most important topics covered on each section.
- Students will receive many of the benefits of private tutoring at a fraction of the cost.
- All students are required to complete weekly homework assignments.
- English: Parallel structure, subject-verb agreement, verb choice, rhetorical skills
- Math: Geometry, Trigonometry, Ratios, Algebra Word Problems
- Reading: Speed Reading, Question-based approach
- Science: Physics, Biology, and Chemistry passages and questions
- Class Dates: February 8, February 22, March 1, March 8, March 15, March 22, March 29, and April 19.
- Classes meet from 1 to 3:30pm
- *Practice Test on April 26th
- SAT Class: $1,475.00
- ACT Class: $1,475.00
- Payment due by February 1, 2015
